CHARLESTON, S.C.– The Charleston Southern volleyball team travels up Interstate 26 on Friday night to face Presbyterian in a Big South Conference matchup beginning at 6pm.
The Buccaneers opened up Big South play last week with a weekend spilt. CSU took the opener 3-0 over Gardner-Webb before falling to Winthrop 3-1 on Saturday.
Brooke Monssen recorded her 11th consecutive match with double-digit kills for the Bucs after tallying 26 kills through four sets in the Winthrop match. That marked the highest amount of kills for Monssen in her career as a Buc. This also sets a new record for third place for kills in a single match of four sets.
Emilee Karelse also etched her name into the record books as well after tallying 51 assists, good for eighth in school history for a single match.
Friday's match in Clinton, S.C., will be streamed live on ESPN+ and can be followed live as well on StatBroadcast.
