2012 (Fr.): Saw action in nine games as a truefreshman, lining up all over the field...Had one shot, coming onOct. 13 against UNC Asheville.

Coach Terrill on Rebecca Henry: “One ofthe things we focused on trying to do this year was bringing moresize in and the three players I think fulfilled that early on wereRebecca Henry, Hannah Thomas, and Ashley Lowdermilk. All aremidfielders with good size. Becca’s about 6-feet tall. Ithink she’s got tons of untapped potential. She’s adual sport athlete in track and soccer and I’ve seen her playa bunch. I think she’s got a ton of potential. We’rereally excited to get her as well and she fills that need for sizein the middle for us.”

High School: Henry comes to Charleston Southernby way of Vionna, Va. and James Madison High School where she linedup in the midfield under Coach Grant Massey…Also played onthe Lee Mount Vernon Patriots club team under Coach LulaBauer…Was a member of the Patriots State Cup Championshipteam in 2012…In addition to soccer, Henry participated inCross Country and Indoor Track and Field…Ran in the 4x200relay at the Virginia State meet…Other events included the4x400 relay, 500 meter, 300 meter, 4x800 relay, 1000 meter, longjump and triple jump…In the classroom, was a member of theNational Honor Society and the Math Honor Society.
