TALLAHASSEE, FL. – Charleston Southern's 4x100 meter relay team finished sprinted to a second place finish to lead the Bucs on day one of the Seminole Twilight Meet Friday on the campus of Florida State University.
CSU's team of Kaishon Murray, Braxton Drummond, Rozzie Johnson and Avery Coe crossed the finish line in 40.85 seconds to finish behind only first-place Albany State.
Junior Braxton Drummond once again performed well for head coach Roosevelt Lofton and the Bucs, placing third in the long jump with a distance of 7.25 meters. Three Bucs also ran in the 100-meter dash, with Johnson's eighth place time of 10.61 seconds leading the way in the 28-person field.
