JACKSONVILLE, FLA. – Charleston Southern freshman Clarence Gallop finished 36^th in the hammer throw on Friday at the NCAA East Regional on the campus of the University of North Florida.

Gallop capped off an outstanding rookie season at CSU by throwing 57.46 meters to place 36^th in the field of 44 competitors. CSU senior Richie German also competed and rounded out a stellar 52.60 meters and a 43^rd place standing.
