Finished with a time of 8:37.80 in the 3K for 4th overall and then had a time of 15:03.61 in the 5K for 7th overall at the meet ... Opened the indoor season at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (12/2) at Boston University running in the 5K and finishing with a time of 14:43.53 for a personal best and the 4th-fastest in school history ... Ran a personal best in hte 3K at the South Carolina Invitational (2/3) in a field of over 20 runners with his time of 8:24.40 ... Was on the DMR relay team at the Bob Pollock Invitational (1/26) which took 4th overall with a time of 10:17.44 which placed them at 6th in school history for the event.
2023 XC at Charleston Southern: Named Big South Freshman of the Year and First-Team All-Conference ... Missed the first two meets of the season, but ran in the final four of his first fall season, improving on his 8K time each race ... In his first collegiate race, he had an 8K time of 24:46.7 at the Live in Lou Classic (9/30) to be the 5th finisher for the team at the meet ... He followed that performance with another personal best time at the Upstate Invite (10/14) as he finished with a 24:26.6 to be in 5th overall in the field and be the second finisher for CSU at the race ... In his first career Big South Championship (10/29) he ran another career best time in the 8K as he crossed in 24:07.8 to be the event's runner-up, CSU's second finisher, and help lead the team to a fourth consecutive Conference Title ... Was part of the team's NCAA Southeast Regional Team (11/10).
