2024 Outdoor at Charleston Southern: Competed as a mid-distance runner all spring competing in the 800m and 1500m across six different meets ... Scored in each event at the Big South Championships (5/8) taking 5th in the 800m with a personal best time of 1:53.00 and 7th in the 1500m with a 4:00.09 ... Recorded his personal best in the 1500m at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/20) with his time of 3:50.74 ... Won the event at the Weems Baskin Invitational (3/23) with a time of 3:53.83.
2024 Indoor at Charleston Southern: Competed at four meets during the winter and scored in a pair of events at the Big South Championships (2/23-24) ... Recorded a time of 1:55.01 for third through the prelims of the 800m for an indoor personal best and the 8th-fastest time in program history ... Had a time of 1:57.72 in the finals to take 6th and took 7th in the mile with a time fo 4:16.19 with the points from both races helping the Bucs to an overall team finish of second to tie the highest in school history ... Opened the indoor season with a second-place finish and personal best in the mile at the Gamecock Opener with a time of 4:12.79 in a field of 35 runners ... Originally ran a personal best time in the 800m earlier in the season at the Bob Pollick Invitational with a finish of 1:55.12 which still ranks as 8th-best in program history.
2023 XC at Charleston Southern: Raced in all four regular season meets for the Bucs and was within the team's top ten at three of the meets ... Opened the year with one of the best races of his career finishing the CSU Buccaneer Invitational with a 7th-place finish and had a time of 19:10.4 ... Competed at the Live in Lou Classic 8K and ended his season with a personal best time in the 8K crossing the line with a 26:14.7 and in 84th overall at the Upstate Invite (10/14).
2023 Outdoor at Charleston Southern: Selected as Big South Freshman of the Week (4/19) after finishing in 7th at the Meet of Champions (4/15) in the 1500 with a time of 3:51 for a new personal best ... Raced in the 1500 at the Big South Championships (5/10-12) and qualified for the finals in it, crossing the line in 7th overall in his spring championship debut ... Also raced in the 800 and the 3000 steeplechase during the spring, having solid showings in each race.
