Gadsden, Ala. – Layne Lambert finished tied for fifth in the Graeme McDowell Invitational hosted by UAB. The sophomore closed the weekend with a third round 72 that followed rounds of 75 and 74 and ended the weekend at +5.

Theodor Takman and David Amm posted the next two best scores for CSU and each finished tied for 42nd. Amm's final round 75 helped him climb 15 spots on the leaderboard on Tuesday. 

Griffin Tarver and Dewi John rounded out the Bucs' five in Alabama. Tarver finished tied for 54th while John finished tied for 63rd.

The Bucs will head to Spartanburg next weekend for the Carolina Cup, where they'll face other teams from the Palmetto state at the Carolina Country Club.
