2022-23 Women's Basketball Schedule

Charleston, S.C. – Charleston Southern women's basketball coach Clarisse Garcia has announced the schedule for the 2022-23 season. 
The schedule includes a date with ACC foes Clemson and Duke, as well as a trip to Columbia, S.C., to face the defending national champions, the University of South Carolina.

The Buccaneers open the season with a home game against Georgia College on Nov. 7, followed by a game at Duke on Nov. 11. Duke played at CSU last December. CSU will play at Clemson on Dec. 1 and will visit South Carolina on Dec. 18.

"We are excited about the challenges we will face in our non-conference schedule," said Garcia, now in her second season as head coach. "We want to compete against the best and we feel this schedule gives us an opportunity to grow and develop early as we prepare for the Big South schedule. This schedule will expose us to a variety of teams that will help us gain confidence."

Other non-conference games during the first two months of the season include home dates against Georgia Southern, Western Carolina and East Tennessee State. Road non-conference games include George Mason, Furman and College of Charleston.

The Bucs will open Big South Conference play on Dec. 29 at home against Gardner-Webb, followed by a game at USC Upstate two days later.
