CHARLESTON, S.C. – Charleston Southern women's basketball continues its home-heavy final month of the regular season with a 6 p.m. Wednesday Big South tip-off against Gardner-Webb on ESPN+ inside Buccaneer Fieldhouse. It's the second of five home games during February for the Bucs.

Opening Tip
• The second two-game homestand of the conference season comes to a close Wednesday night for the Buccaneers, as they play host to the Runnin' Bulldogs of Gardner-Webb.
 
• The two programs are meeting for the second time after they tipped-off Jan. 5 in Boiling Springs, North Carolina, to begin Charleston Southern's contests in the 2022 calendar year.
 
• CSU is coming off a setback to Presbyterian Saturday in which two of its players -- Janaia Fargo and Alyssia Faye -- led the way with 10 points apiece. It marked the fifth-straight game in which Fargo has tallied double-figure points.
 
• Fargo's solid play as of late began during the first clash with Gardner-Webb, as she poured in a career-high 18 points. It was a mark she then matched Jan. 22 against USC Upstate. In the nine-game span starting with the first GWU contest, she is averaging 11.2 points.
 
• Makenna Winans netted a season-best nine points in Saturday's tilt with Presbyterian.
