Spartanburg, S.C. – Griffin Tarver finished -3 and placed tied for seventh at The Carolina Cup to lead Charleston Southern to a sixth place finish in the 14 team field.

Tarver's first round was his best round, shooting a team low 68. He followed that up with scores of 73 and 72 to individually finish in the top ten. The sophomore was exceptional on par 5's, shooting -7 on par 5's over the tournament.

Layne Lambert (+3) and Ben Carroll (+4) each cracked the tournament's top 30 for CSU. Lambert's first round 69 and Carroll's second round 70 were the pair's best rounds.

Theodor Takman and David Amm were also in the lineup for the Bucs. Takman's final round 70 helped him finish in the top 50.
