CHARLESTON, S.C. – Charleston Southern volleyball plays its third conference match in a five-day span Tuesday evening when it travels to Presbyterian for a 6 p.m. match against the Blue Hose.

The Bucs are coming off conference losses to Gardner-Webb and Winthrop over the weekend in their last two matches. Peyton Thompson had a double-double in both matches, while Paige Reagor had 24 kills in the five-set loss to the Runnin' Bulldogs.

Thompson leads the Bucs with 170 kills, while Reagor has 133 on a team-leading .374 hitting percentage. Indigo Young, Dayana Chara and Gabrielle Naniseni each have more than 50 kills for a balanced CSU attack. Ashleigh Holweger leads the Bucs with 190 digs, while Minnick has 427 assists and 8.90 assists per set, both marks that rank second in the conference.

2020-21 Record: 6-8, 1-3 Big South
Presbyterian enters the week at 6-8 overall and 1-3 in Big South play. Similar to CSU, the Blue Hose fell to both Winthrop and Gardner-Webb last week.
 
Erin Cooke leads the Blue Hose in kills with 157 and assists with 213, spending time as both an outside hitter and a setter. Rylee Moorhead has 123 kills while Allie Wright, Hailey Grocholski and Cydni Miller all have at least 60 kills. Kinsey Bailey has 187 assists, splitting the setting duties with Cooke, while Anna Hewitt has a team-leading 257 digs and her 4.85 digs per set are tops in the Big South.
 
The Bucs and Blue Hose split the two matches last season, with both being played in Clinton. Presbyterian won the opening match between the teams, with CSU winning the second match.
