CHARLESTON – Charleston Southern softball announced the signing of Emily Chandler to the Buccaneers squad for the 2026 season on Tuesday morning. Chandler will be arriving in the Lowcountry after spending the past year at Gulf Coast State College.
After her signing, Head Coach
Christi Musser said, "I am so very excited to welcome Emily to Charleston Southern. I've been able to keep in touch and watch her over the past year since her time at Southern Miss and this past season Gulf Coast State. She is passionate about being a Buc and will give us depth and versatility on the infield, in particular the corner positions. She has great energy and looking forward to seeing her grow this season with the Bucs."
