Kasi Ziegler joined Charleston Southern as an assistant athletic trainer in June of 2023 and currently works with the Buccaneers men's basketball team as well as the cheer and dance programs.
Prior to returning to CSU, Ziegler at Tusculum University as an Associate Athletic Trainer. While there, she worked with the football, women's basketball, women's lacrosse and spirit squads at the school. While there she acted as a clinical preceptor for the education of the athletic training students while evaluating and implementing rehabilitation protocols for student-athletes.
During her undergraduate career she took advantage of the program's opportunities by doing things with CSU athletics, local high schools and the Charleston Stingrays Hockey Team.
Ziegler received her bachelor’s degree in athletic training at Charleston Southern University in 2018. Following that, she received her Master's of Business Administration at Tusculum University in 2020.
