2026 Outdoor at Charleston Southern: Competed at the Big South Championships in three events and scored in the hammer throw at the meet with a sixth place finish and best throw on the day of 49.24m (161' 6") ... Had her personal best in the hammer throw at the Charlotte Invitational with a mark of 49.85m (163' 6") which ranks as ninth-best in program history ... Her bests in the shot put and the discus came at the season opening meet, the CSU Buc Open ... Her discus throw was a 40.46m (132' 9") while her shot put was a 13.49m (44' 3.25") which ranks as ninth-best in CSU history.
2026 Indoor at Charleston Southern: Scored in both her events at the Big South Championships to tally six points individually ... She claimed fourth in the weight throw with a personal best of 17.44m (57' 2.75") which ranks as the fourth-best mark in school history ... In the shot put, she threw 12.62m (41' 5") to claim eighth in the event ... In the final regular season meet she her indoor best in the shot put with a 13.07m (42' 10.75") to tie for the tenth-best in the event in school history ... Also at the meet she had big personal best at the time in the weight throw of 17.11m (56' 1.75") to be the first time that she eclipsed 17 meters in her career.
High School: Originally from Auburn, Georgia and attended Lanier Christian Academy where she graduated as the valedictorian of her class ... She won the state championship for GAPPS in the shotput and discus every year from her freshman to senior year and set a new state record in the discus every year at the meet ... Competed at Adidas Track Nationals following her junior and senior years where she claimed a top five finish in the shotput and discus in her first trip and then as a senior she was in the top five at the shot put, discus, weight throw and hammer throw ... Was a member of the National Honor Society ... Daughter of Joshua and Carrie Anne Rowan and has three siblings: Davis, Ty and Bethany ... Father, Joshua, was an offensive lineman at Elon.
