2016

  • Suffered a season-ending injury on September 3 against Kentucky State

2015

  • Earned second career start and completed 13-of-19 passes for a career-high 177 yards in the win over ETSU (9/17)
  • Also ran nine times for 37 yards, with a long of 15, in the win over ETSU
  • Led one of CSU’s biggest drives of the season, ending in a go-ahead touchdown, at Presbyterian (10/17)
  • Copeland ripped off a 40-yard run to set up that go-ahead TD against the Blue Hose, and finished with 62 yards on five carries as the Bucs gutted out a 10-7 win
  • Started at No. 2 Alabama (11/21), and ran for 25 yards and CSU’s lone touchdown
  • Sparked the Bucs offense in the FCS Playoff Quarterfinals at No. 1 Jacksonville State (12/11), running for 47 yards and a touchdown
  • Was also efficient through the air against Jacksonville State, completing 8-of-10 attempts for 83 yards and two touchdowns

2014: Redshirted the season.

2013: Started one game at quarterback and played in eight overall while exhibiting his promise, particularly as a ball-carrier…Finished fifth on the team with 230 rushing yards, averaging 3.1 yards per carry while scoring three touchdowns…Completed 13-of-35 passes for 150 yards and three touchdowns overall…Made first career start at PAC-12 opponent Colorado in Boulder (10/19), and ran for 50 yards on 20 carries with a long of 22…Also completed 7-of-13 passes for 48 yards and a touchdown against the Buffaloes…Gave the Bucs a spark on the ground in the win over Charlotte (10/26), running for 32 yards and a pair of touchdowns as CSU pulled away for the win…Teamed with Croghan to help power CSU to a victory over then No. 3 and undefeated Coastal Carolina (11/9), running 13 times for a career-high 79 yards with a long of 32, while also completing 2-of-3 passes for 27 yards and a touchdown.
