High School: Versatile athlete put together strong career under coach Claude Tourene at Western Branch High School...Had personal bests of 5.0'' in the high jump, 2:20 in the 800-meter, 3:16 in the 1,000-meter, 47.47 in the 300-hurdles, 16.16 in the 100-hurdles and 9.08 in the 55-meter hurdles...Earned leadership award from school twice, was a four-time recipient of academic achievement award, graduated with honors and earned all-state award from school board.

Personal: Daughter of Kennard and Yvette Massie...Plans on majoring in kinesiology at CSU.
