Biography

High School: Grimes joined the Charleston Southern team from Denmark, S.C. and Edisto High School where he competed in the 100m and the 400m hurdle events. Among his marks at Edisto include being a member of the Class AA 4x100 Meter Relay State Championship team with a time of 42.39. He was also a two-time All-Region V-AA selection earning the honors in both 2014 and 2015.

He is the son of Helen and Willie Grimes.
