CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charleston Southern women's soccer team had five players named to the Big South Top Returners to Watch List, it was announced Wednesday afternoon. Forward Jenéa Knight, midfielder Jessica Boyle, and defenders Kiah Cirino, Claire DeAngelis, and Delaney Evers were all named to the list.
Ahead of the 2025 season, Big South women's soccer head coaches from the nine member schools submitted players as the Top Returners To Watch. Each team could select up to six returning players (regardless of position) to be included on the Watch List, along with any returning Big South All-Conference and All-Freshman Team members from prior seasons that will play in 2025.
Meanwhile, the Preseason Players of the Year honorees in the categories of Forward, Midfielder, Defender and Goalkeeper will be selected by the head coaches from the lists, and will be announced on Thursday, Aug. 7, along with the 2025 preseason predicted order of finish.
