Women's Soccer Unveils 2025 Schedule

CHARLESTON, S.C. – Charleston Southern Women's Soccer announced their schedule for the upcoming 2025 fall season on Tuesday afternoon. The seventeen-game schedule features a trip to the Northeast with the Bucs to take on two opponents they never have faced before in program history.
 
Charleston Southern begins the year with a pair of exhibitions with the first being against Coastal Carolina on Saturday, August 2 at CSU Soccer Field with the other to come at Western Carolina on Tuesday, August 5. Following this, the team will head north to officially kickoff their season.
 
The Buccaneers' 2025 opener has them slated to go against Syracuse on Thursday, August 14 followed by St. Bonaventure later that week on Sunday, August 17. They will then face Furman on Sunday, August 24 before opening their home schedule against Davidson on Sunday, August 31. The Bucs will also face Vermont (9/4) and The Citadel (9/11) at home and travel to Spartanburg to face Wofford (9/7) before going into Big South play.
 
This year's conference schedule begins with a road trip to UNC Asheville on Saturday, September 20. This stretch of contests also features them playing at home against Winthrop (9/24) and High Point (10/4) and traveling to USC Upstate (10/1).
 
Charleston Southern will play a pair of nonconference games in October during their open dates in the league calendar. These games include South Carolina State (10/8) and USC Aiken (10/15). The back half of the conference schedule is at Gardner-Webb (10/11), vs Longwood (10/18), at Radford (10/25) and vs Presbyterian (10/29).
 
The 2025 Big South Women's Soccer Championships will feature the top six teams from the regular season. The first round will be held at campus sites from November 1-2 while the semifinals and finals will be on November 6 and 9 at the Matthews Sportsplex with the tournament's winner to earn the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
