CHARLESTON, S.C. - Charleston Southern women's soccer could not find the net on Saturday evening, as their match against The Citadel Bulldogs ended in a 0-0 draw.
The Citadel (4-2-2) was attacking with under 30 seconds left in the match, but a save by
Jenna Moran kept the shutout for the Buccaneers (2-3-2). Moran finished the match with six saves.Â
Charleston Southern put up 16 shots, while The Citadel had 11 shots. Both teams finished with seven shots on goal.
Reese Beggs had three shots with one shot on goal. Jenéa Knight also had a shot on goal, including one that hit off the top of the crossbar midway through the second half.
Lauren McDonald had two shots and a shot on goal.Â

The Bucs return to action at home next Saturday, September 21 at 2 PM for their final nonconference match of the season against Alabama A&M. Charleston Southern will honor eight seniors prior to the match.
