CHARLESTON, S.C. - Make that eight-straight wins for the Charleston Southern tennis team, as they took care of business on Sunday with a 4-1 victory over the UTSA Roadrunners.

The Bucs (10-5) were unable to take the doubles, as UTSA took the early 1-0 lead. Noa Boyd/Amila Jusufbegovic were the only team for the Bucs to take a victory for CSU in the round. 

Singles went in favor of the Bucs, as they went undefeated with four wins and two matches that were unfinished. Marina Skegro tied up the overall score with a 6-0 and 6-3 win over her opponent. 

Zoe Cauthen followed that up with back-to-back 6-3 victories, giving the Bucs the 2-1 lead. Then, Jusufbegovic came out on top with a 7-5 win in round one and a dominant 6-0 victory in the second round. Noa Boyd also won her match 6-4 and 7-6 (10-1) 

Neither Kassandra Di Staulo nor Luiza Fullana were able to finish their singles matches, as the match was called before they could finish. Di Staulo is still undefeated on the season with a 9-0 record. Fullana is 8-3.
