A pair of second-half goals led the Bucs to their first win of the season Sunday afternoon, a 2-1 decision over Jacksonville at Southern Oak Stadium.
Emma Ryan tied the match for CSU in the 69th minute, while
Jenea Knight scored the match winner with just 12 seconds left on the clock.

What to Watch For
CSU opens Big South play at home for the first time since 2016. The Bucs have played their conference opener on the road in each of the last four seasons.
Saturday's match features all three of this week's Big South weekly award winners. USC Upstate's Ashley Finn and Cora Brendle took home Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively. CSU's
Jenea Knight was Big South Freshman of the Week after scoring in both contests last week.
Sunday's win over Jacksonville marked the first time this season that the Bucs out-shot their opposition.
Scouting USC Upstate
USC Upstate enters the weekend with a 2-3-1 record. The Spartans enter the match having won their last contest, a 6-0 triumph over South Carolina State. Ashley Finn scored a hat trick for Upstate, while Cora Brendle made five saves in goal.
Finn leads the team with four goals and eight points, while Katherine Cunningham leads the Spartans with two assists.
Brendle has started three of Upstate's five matches in goal, recording a 1-2-1 record with 32 saves and a 0.56 goals against average.
USC Upstate was picked ninth in the Big South preseason poll, earning 30 points.
Series Breakdown
Saturday's meeting will be the 11th all-time match between the Bucs and Spartans. CSU has a 6-4-0 lead in the series and a 3-1-0 advantage in matches played in Charleston.
USC Upstate has a 2-1-0 lead in matches since the Spartans joined the Big South, including a 1-0 win in last season's meeting.
