CHARLESTON, S.C. - The Charleston Southern soccer team will hit the road for the second time this year, battling Winthrop in a midweek match up. Kickoff in Rock Hill is set for 6:00 p.m. in the first of two games this week for the Buccaneers.

CSU (0-1-1, 0-1-1) played to a 0-0 draw against Longwood, with Jenna Moran making six saves including a pair of spectacular stops in the first half. The Eagles (1-1, 1-1) secured their first win in conference play over USC Upstate on Sunday with a 3-1 final score.

The Bucs have gone 2-1 in the last three times the teams have faced off, securing wins in 2017 and 2018 before dropping the last game to the Eagles. Bryn Radvanski earned Freshman of the Week honors for Winthrop after scoring a goal in 33 minutes played against USC Upstate.
