CHARLESTON, S.C. - CSU LHP Zach Hagaman has earned the Big South Crons Brand Pitcher of the Week Honors for his efforts in the CSU baseball team's 3-1 performance last week. The honor was announced by the league office on Tuesday.

The sophomore from Pawley's Island, S.C., went 3-0 last week in his three relief appearances. Hagaman picked up the win in CSU's 5-2 victory over cross-town foe The Citadel before also earning the win in the first two games of the Bucs' Big South Conference series vs. Asheville. He did not give up a hit in his final to appearances vs. the Bulldogs, allowing just one extra base hit all week. Hagaman ended the week with an ERA of 0.00 in 5.0 innings with no runs, three hits and three strikeouts.

The Buccaneers will travel to Spartanburg on Wednesday for a 6 p.m. contest vs. USC Upstate before heading back to Charleston to host UNC Wilmington on Wednesday in a 3 p.m. game at CSU Ballpark.
