High School: Eli comes to Charleston Southern after a record-setting career at Timmonsville High School whe she finished as the eighth all-time scorer in the state of South Carolina, finishing her career with 2,632 career points. She was a six-time letter winner with the Whirlwinds as the 5-10 guard wrapped up a career where she was a three-time Morning News Player of the Year, as well as a two-time Class A Player of the Year and a four-time All-State selection.

Over her six year career, Timmonsville went 130-26 and she led her team to four regional championships. She was named to five All-Region teams and led the Whirlwinds to three state championship games, including the 2011-12 Class A State Championship title. In her senior season, she averaged 19.8 points, 9.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 3.3 steals and 2.0 blocks per game. She also had 22 double-doubles and two triple-doubles in 27 games in her senior season to pace the Whirlwinds.
