2026 Outdoor at Charleston Southern: Earned First-Team All-American accolades at the NCAA Championships after claiming fifth in the long jump and sixth in the triple jump at the meet ... She rebroke her school and conference records in both events at the meet as well with marks of 6.56m (0.1) (21' 6.25") and 13.44m (0.5) (44' 1.25") ... Qualified for four events at the NCAA East Regionals where she won the long jump at the meet with a 6.51m (1.4) (21' 4.25") and advanced in the triple jump as well taking 11th ... Advanced to the national quarterfinals of the 100m hurdles moving through the first round and took 21st overall in the meet and had a time of 13.17 (0.2) for a new school record and third in league history ... Also ran on the 4x400m relay at the meet where they had a time of 3:37.90 for 23rd at the meet ... Named Big South Most Valuable Athlete of the Meet after scoring 50.5 points and awarded Most Outstanding Performance at the meet for her showing in the triple jump ... Scored in seven events and took an All-Conference finish in each of them and won the 100m hurdles, 4x400m relay, long jump and triple jump ... Claimed second in the 100m and 200m as well as the 4x100m with personal best times of 11.52 (2.0) and 23.51 (2.4) with those rankings as tied for second and ninth in league history as well as tenth in CSU history for the 200m ... Had a 45.17 in the 4x100m for third in school history and ninth in league history ... Named as the Big South Women's Track Athlete of the Week twice (3/26 & 4/8) and Field Athlete of the Week (4/30) ... Additionally, she was part of the 4x400m relay team that was selected as the Conference's Women's Track Athletes of the week (4/30) where they ran a school record and second-best time in league history of 3:34.38 at the Charlotte Invitational to end the regular season ... Also won the 100m hurdles and long jump at the meet ... Opened the year by winning the 100m hurdles and triple jump at the Charlotte 49er Classic.
2026 Indoor at Charleston Southern: Selected as the Big South Most Valuable Athlete for scoring the most points of all individuals at the meet with 40 points as she won all four events that she competed in including the 200m dash, 60m hurdles, long jump and triple jump ... Also earned Most Outstanding Performance for her performance in the long jump which was a 13.03m (42'9") which ranked as a new school and fourth in the conference record book ... Set a career best in all four of her events with a 24.15 in the 200m finals to be tied for second in school history for the event ... Ran a 8.26 in the finals of the 60m hurdles for second in CSU history and fourth in league history ... Jumped a school and Big South record in the long jump with a 6.31m (20' 8.5") ... Ended the regular season at the Tryon Mid-Winter Invitational by winning the 60m hurdles with an 8.40, second in the triple jump with an 11.68m (38' 4") and third in the 200m dash with a 24.75 ... Had her career best in the 60m at Clemson's Orange & Purple Invite with a 7.72 ... Named Big South Track Athlete of the Week (1/14).
2025 Outdoor at Charleston Southern: Tallied points in all five events that she competed in at the conference championship meet which included a trio of All-Conference finishes and personal bests in every event ... Named Freshman of the Year for scoring the most points of all freshmen at the meet with 26 points ... Won the triple jump with a career best mark of 12.09m (1.8) (39' 8") ... Claimed second in the 100m hurdles with a 13.77 (0.1) in the finals and second in the 4x100m relay with a 46.07 ... Had a 25.16 (0.2) in the 200m finals for seventh and a 5.65m (2.1) (18' 6.5") in the long jump finals for fifth ... Recorded personal best time in the prelims of the 200m with a 24.85 (0.1) and 100m hurdles with a 13.58 (1.0) ... Had her long jump, triple jump, 100m hurdles time and marks from the meet all rank inside the school's all-time top ten.
2025 Indoor at Charleston Southern: Scored in both jumps at the Big South Championships ... Took third in the triple jump with a personal best mark of 11.63m (38' 2") for her first career All-Conference finish and a top ten mark in school history ... Claimed eighth in the long jump with a 5.40m (17' 8.75") ... Also ran in the 200m and 60m hurdles at the meet ... Had a season best in the 60m hurdles at the Gamecock Opener with an 8.82 ... Set her career best in the long jump of 5.60m (18' 4.5") at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational.
High School: Originally from Boundary, Neuchâtel, Switzerland … Attended Scuola professionale per sportive d’elite which was in Tenero, Ticino, Switzerland … Comes to Charleston Southern following season bests of 13.65 in the 100m hurdles and 8.54 in the 60m hurdles … Also had times of 12.30 in the 100m and 7.76 in the 60m … Daughter of Euloge Tahou and has three siblings: Orlane Tahou, Cyrile Taha and Lauren Schaffroth.
