CHARLESTON, S.C. – Charleston Southern men's basketball will look to find some non-conference success as they will take part in The Cobb Dill & Hammett Classic, hosted by The Citadel. The Bucs will see Manhattan Monday at 7:00 p.m. then turn around and play South Carolina State less than 24 hours later with tipoff for the contest slated for 5:00 p.m. All games will be played inside the McAlister Field House.

Opening Tip
•  The Buccaneers will see a new opponent in Manhattan, as the two sides have never met on the hardwood prior to the Cobb Dill & Hammett Classic. On the flip side, Charleston Southern has seen South Carolina State a total of 34 times.
 
•  This will be the second-straight seasom the Bucs have taken part in an in-season Classic, as CSU competed in the 2020 Mako Medical Wolfpack Invitational a season ago hosted by NC State.
 
•  Charleston Southern's last two contests have come down to the final minute of play and have been decided by just three points or less. The Bucs are 1-1 in that stretch, topping Tarleton State on the road but falling at home to Tennessee State.
 
•  Tahlik Chavez is coming off of his best offensive output of the season, scoring 17 points against Tennessee State that included five treys. He stood as the only Buc in double-figures.
