2013: Served as the Bucs'' starting second baseman for most of the season as a freshman, playing in 50 games while earning a starting nod 45 times...Batted .217 and drove in 12 runs while scoring 21...Had nine multi-hit games, including one 3-hit effort...Enjoyed first career 2-hit game and first RBI as part of a 2-for-4 effort against Siena (3/9)...Had three more hits, an RBI and a run scored in the second game of a doubleheader against the Saints (3/9)...Collected two hits in the series finale against Siena (3/10), finishing the three-game set 7-for-12 with 4 RBI and three runs scored...Was a factor in CSU''s Big South home sweep of UNC Asheville, posting three straight 2-hit games and scoring five runs...Stroked a two-run single in series finale against VMI (4/14)...Went 2-for-6 and scored three runs in win at Savannah State (4/17)...Had final two-hit day of the season against Presbyterian (4/21), going 2-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored...Recorded final hit of the campaign, an RBI single, in regular season finale versus Coastal Carolina (5/18).

High School: Hickey played at Hilton Head High School in Hilton Head, S.C. and was among the Low Country leaders in hits with 43 in 2011 and was named Hilton Head''s Most Outstanding Offensive Player...As a junior, he was invited to the Diamond Prospects Palmetto Games and was ranked as one of the Top 1,000 Prospects by Perfect Game Crosschecker.
