2025 Indoor at Charleston Southern: Made a big jump in his individual performance, joining the ranks of some of the most dominant in school history ... Recorded a second-place finish in a race and scored in two events to help set up the Buccaneers second-place finish at the Big South Championships (2/28-3/1) to tie their highest in program history with his performances leading to 13 points for the squad ... Took second in the mile with a personal best time of 4:05.72 which ranks as the fourth fastest in school history ... Claimed fourth in the 3K with a time of 8:13.23 ... Recorded a personal best in the 3K at Liberty's Darius Dixon Invitational (2/14-15) with a time of 8:10.69 for third in school history ... 2024 Outdoor at Charleston Southern: Raced as an 800m and 1500m mid-distance runner all spring ... Scored at the Big South Championships (5/6-8) in the 1500m and 4x400m relay ... Took 5th in the 1500m with a time of 3:51.55 and was 3rd in the relay with a time of 3:15.15, 8th best in program history ... 2024 Indoor at Charleston Southern: Competed in a trio of meets during the season running personal bests in a pair of events during the season and helped the team to score in a pair of events during the Big South Championships (2/23-24) and to tie their highest team finish in program history at the meet ... Took 5th overall in the mile at the meet with a personal best time of 4:13.20 and was on the 4x400m relay team which ran a time of 3:17.93 which took 3rd overall, tenths of a second off the event champions as well as the school's top ten all-time performances in the event ... Recorded a personal best in the 3K at the South Carolina Invitational (2/3) taking 3rd with a time of 8:25.98 in the field of over 21 runners ... Took another top three finish in the mile during the season coming at the Gamecock Opener (1/13) with his 4:14.72.
2023 XC at Charleston Southern: Named Second-Team All-Conference ... Competed at every meet during the fall season and was part of the team's scoring five on three occasions and was in the top seven at five of the meets ... Opened the year with the CSU Buccaneer Invitational (9/1) running a 6K time of 19:10.2 to help the squad claim their first of three event titles during the season ... At the race, he finished in fourth overall as well as was CSU's fourth finisher ... He followed that with the Furman Invitational (9/16) and crossed the line in 29th at 19:11.01 to be seventh for CSU ... He lowered his 8K times in each of the three races that he ran in ...
