Led Charleston Southern to another Big South Tournament Championship, Regular Season Championship and NCAA Tournament appearance during her time as a Buccaneer ... Named First-Team All-Conference for singles and Second-Team All-Conference for doubles as well as to the All-Academic Team ... Won the inaugural Big South Fall Individual Championship for singles to advance to the ITA Masters Conference Tournament where she won her opening match 2-6, 6-4, 6-2 over Sacramento State to advance to the round fo 16 ... Had a singles record fo 11-5 on the year to go with a 3-1 mark against league opponents as the primary player on the #2 court for the Bucs ... Played most of her matches on court #4 going 9-2 and posting marks of 1-0 and 2-0 on courts #3 and #5 ... Finished the year by winning her last eight matches ... In doubles, she had a mark of 8-9, but had most of her success when paired with Kassandra Di Staulo as they compiled a record of 6-2 together, all from the #3 court ... Skegro was a finalist at the J4 Siroki Brijeg tournament in singles and took home the hardware in the doubles competition in late January ... Skegro had a singles ranking of 454 by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) in the Junior Rankings in February of 2022.
