HIGH POINT – The Big South Conference announced the players on the 2024 All-Tournament Team following the conclusion of Saturday's Championship. The Buccaneers' Cade Conway and Sam Massey were recognized for their efforts during the week.
 
Cade Conway had a sensational week collecting five hits and scoring four times. He had two RBIs and a stolen base as well. Conway continued to be one of the most exciting players to watch in the conference as he showed everyone why he was selected as the league's Newcomer of the Year with his aggressive play on the basepaths helping ignite the Bucs' offense when they needed it.
 
Massey had the start on Thursday's upset victory over #1 Presbyterian to begin CSU's week at the Big South Championships. He threw 5.0 innings and struck out five batters, keeping the Blue Hose's batters in check in the early going. He allowed just two hits to go with one earned run across the 19 batters he faced.
 
Earlier this week, Conway was also named First-Team All-Conference while Massey earned a spot on the conference's All-Academic Team. The Bucs ended their season at 22-32 with a 12-12 Big South record. The team's top four placing in the Big South standings, marked their highest since the 2011 season.
 
The All-Tournament team was voted on by members of the media with votes being cast following the conclusion of each of the games during the championships.
