CHARLESTON, S.C. -  The Charleston Southern women's tennis team fell to 0-3 on the season with a 5-2 loss at the hands of the North Florida Ospreys on Sunday at the Gary Clark Banks Sr. Tennis Center.

The Bucs took the early 1-0 lead after winning the doubles point. Noa Boyd and Amila Jusufbegovic took #2 doubles 7-5 (7-1), while Khyanna Singh and Luiza Fullana won 6-4 in #3 doubles. 

Singles did not go the Bucs way today, as North Florida (4-1) was able to take five of the six matches during the singles competition. Zoe Cauthen was the lone Buccaneer to get a win on singles #4, taking the match 7-6 (8-6) and 10-6 in the third set. 

Next Up
Charleston Southern will be back at home on February 7th, as Queens will come to Gary Clark Banks Sr. Tennis Center for a 1 P.M. mid-week battle. This will be the first time that these teams have faced off against each other.
