Bucs host St. John's, North Florida this weekend at CSU Ballpark

Box Score

CHARLESTON, S.C. – Charleston Southern will put a full week of rain and winter weather behind them and try to continue their home success this weekend. CSU hosts St. John's on Friday and North Florida on Saturday and Sunday to complete a three-game schedule at CSU Ballpark.

North Florida will face St. John's on Friday and Saturday at noon to keep CSU Ballpark busy all weekend.

CSU is 4-2 after dropping the longest game in school history last Sunday, a 9-8 loss to LaSalle in 15 innings. The Buccaneers' midweek affair against Furman was washed away and will be made up in April.

The Bucs will lean on ace Andrew Tomasovich to get the weekend off to another strong start. Tomasovich has yet to allow an earned run in 13 innings this season and is 2-0. He is coming off a 4-0 shutout of LaSalle last Friday night, in which he had a career-high 13 strikeouts.
