Bucs face No. 11 South Carolina on Tuesday night; Game televised on Fox SportSouth

COLUMBIA, S.C. - The Charleston Southern Buccaneers put their three-game winning streak on the line in one of the nation's toughest venues on Tuesday night. The Bucs travel to Columbia to face No. 11 South Carolina.

First pitch is at 7 p.m. The game will be televised on SportSouth.

The Bucs are coming off a weekend sweep of UNC Asheville in Big South play to move to 11-16 overall and 3-3 in league play. CSU junior Zack Hagaman earned Big South Player of the Week honors following a weekend in which he piled up three home runs, three doubles, and nine RBIs. while batting .571. He also helped the Bucs improve to 11-5 at home.

The Bucs will have to turn their road woes around to pull off the upset tonight at USC. CSU is 0-10 on the road this season, but has played well in a number of tough losses, including a 3-1 loss at Clemson three weeks ago.

South Carolina is 22-6 and is fresh off a weekend sweep of Texas A&M. The Gamecocks also beat College of Charleston last week, 3-1.

South Carolina leads the all-time series, 69-11. The Bucs last beat the Gamecocks in 2003.
