Ashley Reddick was hired by Head Coach Clarisse White prior to the 2021-22 season as an assistant coach. The 2024-25 season was her fourth year on staff, where she primarily works with guards and serves as the Recruiting Coordinator.Â
Reddick has been essential in the development of Catherine Alben, who was named first-team All-Big South in 2024-25 as well as Alaina Nettles who was seventh in the Big South with 83 assists on the season and fourth in the conference with 75 offensive rebounds.
Prior to joining CSU, Reddick has had multiple stops in the coaching profession, serving as a coach for the Atlanta Bucks AAU basketball team in 2020-21. Prior to that, she was a coach for Nike ProSkills of the Elite Youth Basketball League from 2015-19.Â
Reddick's coaching career began in 2011 at her Alma Mater, Oklahoma Wesleyan University, where she spent four seasons as the top assistant coach. During that time, Reddick developed three NAIA All-Americans, and the Eagles won a MCAC Championship and made three appearances in the NAIA National Tournament.Â
As a player, Reddick was one of the best shooters in the MCAC from 2007-09, as she was top 10 in assists, free throw percentage, three-point shooting and overall scoring during her time in Bartlesville. Prior to joining the Eagles, she spent two seasons at Seminole State College from 2005-07.
