Charleston Southern returns home for a pair of Big South matches this weekend against Radford and Liberty. First serve between the Bucs and Highlanders in the Breast Cancer Awareness match on Friday is set for 7 p.m. The first 100 fans wearing PINK in the Buc Dome will receive a free doorbuster giveaway. CSU then hosts Liberty on Saturday at 3 p.m.

CSU (8-14, 3-5) is coming off a straight set loss at Liberty this past Saturday and previously defeated Gardner-Webb in four sets on Oct. 13. The Bucs will face Liberty twice in a seven-day span and look to record their first win against the Flames since knocking them off in five sets on Nov. 12, 2015 in Lynchburg, Va.

Hannah Western leads CSU offensively with 2.41 kill per set, while Kylie Klein is averaging 2.26 kills per set and is sixth in the Big South in hitting percentage (.296). Kalysia Bates averages 2.23 kills per set and ranks first in the league in blocks per set (1.07). Madison Martin continues to lead the Bucs defensively with 4.71 digs per set. Rachel Smith is fourth in the Big South in assists per set (9.15).

Radford (16-3, 6-2) is coming off a straight set win over Winthrop this past Saturday and previously defeated UNC Asheville in four sets on Oct. 13. The Highlanders are led by Big South Preseason Player of the Year Maddie Palmer, who is second in the league in kills per set (3.92). Palmer also leads Radford defensively with 3.17 digs per set. Haley Kleespies is second in the league in assists per set (9.72).

Liberty (7-14, 4-4) will play at Winthrop on Friday evening before facing CSU on Saturday afternoon. The Flames previously fell to Winthrop in five sets on Oct. 13. Gabrielle Vess leads Liberty offensively with 2.58 kills per set, while Anna Gragg averages 2.50 kills per set and is third in the Big South in hitting percentage (.338). Margaret Latchford leads the Flames defensively with 4.71 digs per set. Amaya Williams helps pace Liberty with 8.57 assists per set.
