CSU to appear on ESPN3 as part of Big South TV package

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charleston Southern women's basketball will appear on ESPN3 twice this season as part of the Big South Conference's 2017-18 TV package as announced by the league office on Tuesday. The Buccaneers will also be featured on ESPN3 in another non-conference game as well as appear on the ACC Network this season.

The Bucs' matchups at Liberty (Jan. 2) and Winthrop (Feb. 27) will be broadcast on ESPN3 as part of the Big South package. CSU's non-conference game at Wofford (Dec. 30) will also be televised on ESPN3. The Bucs' game at Georgia Tech (Dec. 19) will be broadcast on the ACC Network.

All remaining Big South contests, as well as all CSU non-conference home games, will be broadcast live on the Big South Network.

ESPN3 is the exclusive home of the Big South Women's Basketball Championship for the sixth straight year, as coverage of the Quarterfinal round on March 9 begins a seven-game-in-three-day package to determine the league's automatic bid recipient to the NCAA Tournament. The Semifinals will be carried on Saturday, March 10, while the Finals will air live on Sunday, March 11.

CSU opens up the 2017-18 season against Columbia International on November 10 at the Buc Dome. Tipoff between the Bucs and the Rams is set for 7 p.m.
