Freshman Brandon McBride returns to the Bucs' lineup, joining Brandon Smith, Connor Moore, Parker Jones and Elliot Gothe. Gothe recorded a solid T-17th place showing at the Camden Collegiate last year, thanks in large part to a first round three-under par 67.
The nine-team field features Big South Conference foes Gardner-Webb, Presbyterian and USC Upstate. CSU finished narrowly behind the Runnin' Bulldogs and Blue Hose in a tightly bunched field at the Phoenix Invitational earlier this week. Junior Parker Jones paced the Bucs with a T-21st effort, while Alan Smith and Connor Moore tied for 30th.
This event is CSU's final tune-up before hosting the East Bay Deli Classic at Turtle Point Golf Club from Nov. 4-6.
