High School: Received the XC Most improved award, all region and all county during his final XC season as well as the track panther award and all county award in track and field….ran a 18:12 5K his senior year in XC and a 1:00 400m, 2:14 800m, 4:55 1600M, and 10:30 3200m his senior year…ran a personal best 10 mile in 1:06:32….finished fifth overall in the 2A state competition his senior year and helped lead his team to the class 3-2A region championship in 2011 in track.

Personal: Son of Aussell and Cathy…born February 22, 1993 in Lexington…some of his favorites include rice and ugali, The Notebook, Endurance, Rocky, and anatomy classes….his favorite place to visit is Colorado Springs and favorite sports figures are his teammates, Steve Prefontaine, his father and coaches…his best advice is “believe in God for He is amazing and loving.”
