TRAVELER'S REST, S.C. – The Charleston Southern women's basketball team is back in action on Sunday, as they take on the Furman Paladins on the road.
Due to the renovations being done at Timmons Arena, home of the Paladins, Sunday's matchup will be played at Hayes Gymnasium on the campus of North Greenville University. Tip off is set for 2 PM and will be streamed on ESPN+.
The Paladins come in with a record of 7-3 and are winners of three in a row. During their winning streak, each of their wins have come away from home. They are 3-0 inside Hayes Gymnasium this season.
Furman averages 74.5 points per game and surrender just 62.3 points per game. They are led by Pierre Curtis, who is in his second year as Head Coach of the program. He is 1-0 against Charleston Southern during his time at Furman, having defeated the Buccaneers 71-68 inside the Buc Dome last season.
Charleston Southern (3-7) wrapped up a four-game homestand, where they went 2-2 against Fairfield, North Dakota State, South Alabama and College of Charleston. The Buccaneers have played five games on the road this season and have a 1-4 record away from the Buc Dome.

Saniya Jones have started all 10 games for the Buccaneers this season. Alben leads the Big South, averaging 14.5 points per game, while Jones leads the conference with 1.0 blocks per game.
The Buccaneers are looking for their first win over the Paladins since 2011 and are looking for their first win in Greenville since 1988.
