CHARLESTON, S.C. – Charleston Southern women's basketball tips off a two-game homestand Saturday afternoon when it plays host to USC Upstate in Big South action. The two in-state foes will clash on ESPN+ with the game set for a 2 p.m. start.

Opening Tip
• The first extended homestand of the season for Charleston Southern women's basketball tips off Saturday afternoon as the Bucs play host to USC Upstate. It opens a two-game stretch with CSU inside Buccaneer Fieldhouse, as they will next welcome Radford to town Tuesday night.
 
• The Buccaneers will have two more two-game home sets in February against Big South opponents Feb. 5 & 9 and Feb. 15 & 17.
 
• Charleston Southern is coming off an 88-50 setback at North Carolina A&T Wednesday night in the first meeting between the two schools as Big South mates.
 
• Alyssia Faye was the Bucs' leading scorer against the Aggies with 12 points. Skylar Baltezegar chipped in 11 and Janaia Fargo added 10 to give CSU a trio in double figures.
 
• USC Upstate won its second in a row Wednesday, claiming a 76-69 road triumph at Longwood behind a 23-point effort from Chellia Watson.
