CHARLESTON, S.C. – Charleston Southern women's basketball has shifted its attention to Big South action following the conclusion of the non-conference slate. The Buccaneers will travel to Rock Hill for a 5 p.m. Wednesday tip-off at Winthrop in the first league contest of the campaign for both programs.

•  Charleston Southern puts the non-conference portion of its inaugural campaign under head coach Clarisse Garcia in the rear view mirror as it now turns its attention to Big South play the rest of the way.
 
•  The league slate starts at 5 p.m. Wednesday by staying in-state as the Buccaneers travel to Rock Hill for a clash with Winthrop.
 
•  Charleston Southern is coming off arguably its "biggest" home game in program history, playing host to No. 16 Duke four days before the Christmas holiday. The Blue Devils were the first Top-25 program to play inside the Buc Dome and just the fourth 'Power 5' conference opponent inside the facility, and the first since 1992's visit by North Carolina.
